Need help with Forma?
Email us at forma.workout.support@gmail.com and include a short description of the issue, your account email, and (if relevant) a screenshot.
Common questions
- Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen — a reset link is emailed to you.
- Manage or cancel your coaching subscription: subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to change or cancel. Purchases can be restored from the app's paywall.
- Connect with a coach or friend: share your friend code from the app; your coach adds you with it.
- Delete your account: go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your data.
